A celebrated cocktail and lounge pianist, Rob plays his own arrangements of familiar vintage and popular standards (1920's to the present) for enthusiastic patrons at renowned regional venues. For more than three decades, he has played regular engagements at restaurants, lounges, weddings and other public/private events in the mid-Atlantic area.

A native of Washington D.C., Rob has been playing the piano for fifty years. As a child, he studied classical technique with an accomplished performer and teacher. He acquired knowledge and skill in jazz and popular genres while working with instructors during high school and college. He has been fortunate to have studied with some very prominent Washington D.C. jazz personalities such as Barry Gurley and Jon Metzger.

Rob continually expands his repertoire, offering tasteful piano selections that enhance a great fine dining experience as well as all types of special occaisions.

A passionate performer, Rob constantly refines his craft to incorporate new ideas in technique, arranging, and harmonization.

Every Friday and Saturday evening, you'll find Rob at the baby grand piano in the lounge at Nick's Airport Inn in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Rob lives with his wife, Christine, and their Boston Terrier, Lark, in Waynesboro Pennsylvania.
